Roster
Keep the book when someone walks out.
Turnover is part of the business. Losing every customer that person ever talked to should not be.
- Deactivate a sales associate and the store keeps the book
- Hand the whole book to a replacement, phone number included
- Or spread the leads across the team
- Customers keep texting the same number

Leads
Every lead goes to the right person.
Leads from your providers land in one queue and go out in turn. A customer who has bought from you before goes back to the person they know.
- One email address for every provider that sends ADF leads
- Round robin, with you choosing who is in the rotation
- Returning customers go back to their sales associate
- Walk-ins and phone-ups added by hand

Your store's website sells the store. These pages sell your people.
Every sales associate gets their own page, customers, inbox, and social posting. Tower keeps all of it pointed back at your dealership.
- Write it once for everyone
- Follow-up sequences, snippets, and announcements written by the store and sent under each sales associate's name.
- One inventory, every page
- List your inventory sites once. Every sales associate's page shows what is on the lot, refreshed daily.
- Control who sees what
- Salesperson, BDC, and Manager roles, with switches for each seat. Leads can be shared or private.
- An access review you can sign
- Who has access, when they last signed in, and every lead export, in one place with a sign-off.
- Nothing hidden from your team
- Each sales associate can see what the store did on their desk. Trust goes both ways.
- Your data, in and out
- Bring customers in from a spreadsheet. Export the whole book, or one desk, whenever you want.
From sign-in to a store-wide sales presence.
Three steps. We handle the pages. Your team handles the handshakes.
- 01
Set up your store
Sign up and tell us your store's name and website. We pull in your logo and brand from the site.
- 02
Invite your team
Add your sales associates from Tower. Each one gets a branded invite and a professional page of their own.
- 03
Run it from Tower
Route leads, watch follow-up, and approve posts from one console, while every page sends buyers back to you.
Works with the tools already in your store.
- Lead providers
- Any provider that sends ADF email can send leads to your store's address.
- Vendors and your own tools
- Vendors send and read leads through the lead API. You choose what each one may read, and you can disconnect them any time.
- Lead files
- Lead files delivered by SFTP, set up for you by our team.
- Canada
- Set your store's country and every page uses kilometres, postal codes, and Canadian dollars, with CASL consent built in. Quebec is not supported yet.
What dealers ask first.
Built dealership-safe from day one. Read the Dealership Safeguards.
- Who owns the customers?
- When a sales associate joins through your store, the store owns the book. They are told that before they accept the invite. A sales associate who signed up on their own, outside your store, owns their own list.
- What happens when a sales associate leaves?
- Deactivate them in Tower and the store keeps the book. Hand it to a replacement, phone number included, or spread the leads across the team. The phone number moves only when the person receiving the book does not already have a number of their own.
- Can my team see what we do on their desks?
- Yes. When the store sends a message for someone, moves a lead, or changes their page, that sales associate can see it.
- How do leads from our providers get in?
- Your store gets its own email address. Point any provider that sends ADF email at it, and leads land in one queue, ready to route.
- What does it cost?
- One flat price for the whole store, any number of sales associates. Book a demo and we will walk you through it.
- How long does setup take?
- Minutes. Tell us your store's name and website, then invite your team. Each sales associate gets an email, picks a look, and we draft their page.
